Rebrand of a 22 unit new-build high-quality residential building comprising of lower ground, ground, and seven upper floors, with large setbacks incorporating roof terraces.
We produced a mark and a sales brochure which included illustrated floor plans, communications maps and local amenities.
A photographer was commissioned to capture some of the lifestyle shots of the local area which were used in the brochure.
